The map backgrounds, subimages and their positions have been extracted from the game content (some map icons are added by the Mask.exe) to get rid of the map fog.
All the files are inluded in the [kqmoemap.zip] archive for offline usage.
The Mill Tree #1 is not used when the tree is felled (can be fixed by adding addMapIcon dv_tree1.bmp 184 229 davmap.pbm in daventry\kq\milltree.cs).
The Blood #1 image has been moved by 1 pixel to the top (addMapIcon dc_red1.bmp 332 121 dedmap.pbm in deadcity\kq\scale.cs).
No script/game references have been found for Door #1, Door #2, and Door #3.
The Bridge image has been moved by 4 pixels to the left (the offset 155 is hard-coded in the mask.exe).
The Puzzle #1 image has been moved by 1 pixel to the left (addMapIcon t3_puzd1.bmp 207 149 in temple3\kq\archon.cs).
The Key image has been moved by 1 pixel to the bottom (addMapIcon t3_keydr.bmp 410 278 in temple3\kq\door01.cs).
The Door image is not used by the game (addMapIcon t4_doors.bmp 195 185 is commented out temple4\kq\archon.cs).
The blank map has been rotated to match the full map.
